Hiya pals! I thought today that I’d do a post that I keep seeing circulating the blogging community. I have wanted to do it for ages but I didn’t think I had anything interesting to talk about but I’m going to do it anyway. So grab ya coffee, tea or whatever beverage that takes your fancy and sit with me!
If we were having coffee… I’d mention how well I’m doing at college after my mental health relapse at university. If you didn’t know, I left university in September to return home due to my mental health and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I just wasn’t ready and neither was my mental health.
If we were having coffee… I’d mention how I’m trying to apply for part time work in my local area. I’ve been looking for a while and I’ve had no such luck yet but hopefully soon I will!
If we were having coffee… I’d talk about how positive I’ve been lately. My outer body is thanking my brain. I would never say I was pessimistic but my brain really has been struggling being positive, but this has all changed within the last week or so. It’s going good.
If we were having coffee… I’d talk about how much I’m getting into yoga again. I used to love it before my end of year exams in June but I stopped to revise. I’m finally getting back into it and that’s probably what is helping my mental health and positivity.
